Overnight in Gudauri at the guesthouse
The snowshoeing tour begins with an early breakfast in the village of Gergeti. Gergeti Trinity Church, a stunning 14th-century monument, sits at 2,170 meters above sea level.
The hike to the church takes about 3 to 4 hours, winding through a peaceful snowy forest and open hills. Along the way, guests can enjoy the beauty of the winter landscape.
After reaching the church, visitors can take in the breathtaking views and, if they wish, continue the journey some distance towards Sabertse Pass for even more amazing scenery. The fresh mountain air and incredible sights make this tour unforgettable, helping guests forget any tiredness from the climb.
Drive back to Gudauri and stay overnight at the same guesthouse
On another exciting day in Gudauri, after breakfast, guests will begin a snowshoeing tour to Mount Bidara. This iconic mountain, visible from nearly every spot in Gudauri, is known for its distinctive arc-shaped silhouette.
Accompanied by a certified guide, guests will have the opportunity to explore new destinations while adjusting the tour based on their individual abilities and preferences.
After lunch, we’ll head back to Tbilisi
